Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply when a clinic, doctor or their staff use Medicall's appointment software and AI voice agents. By using Medicall you agree to them.
The service
Medicall answers and places calls for your clinic, books, changes and cancels appointments, sends appointment messages, and gives your staff a console to manage the day. We may improve or change features over time.
Not for emergencies or medical advice
Medicall is an administrative tool. The voice agents do not give medical advice, diagnose or triage, and must not be relied on in an emergency. Calls about symptoms or urgent care are passed to the person or number your clinic chooses. Your clinic remains responsible for patient care.
Your account
- Only invite people who work for your clinic, and remove access when they leave.
- Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity in your clinic's account.
Your responsibilities
- Give patients any notice your clinic needs to, and have a valid reason to call and message them.
- Keep your clinic's hours, doctors and other details in Medicall accurate.
- Use Medicall lawfully, and not to send spam or unrelated messages.
Your data
Your clinic's information belongs to your clinic. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing or in your agreement with us. If a payment is not made, we may pause the service after giving notice.
Availability
We work to keep Medicall running at all times, but calls and messages depend on telephone, internet and third-party services that can fail. Keep another way for patients to reach you.
Ending the service
You can stop using Medicall at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your clinic's data before it is deleted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Medicall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
